“Improve your health by treating your whole being with kindness. Do one thing a day to nurture your health so that you can be well, even in the face of conflict.  It is from conflict that we grow the most. Only you can choose to discover your own wellness. Find your health and you will be empowered with strength, perspective, and endurance.” – Sarah Harding

Named Miss Fitness USA in 2004 and 2006, Sarah has a long history of athletic competition that first began when she developed a passion for gymnastics as a young girl growing up in Hawaii.
