Named Miss Fitness USA in 2004 and 2006, Sarah has a long history of athletic competition that first began when she developed a passion for gymnastics as a young girl growing up in Hawaii. By 1994, Sarah’s passion had made her into one of Hawaii’s most decorated gymnasts, earning a spot on the Junior Olympic National Gymnastics team and the opportunity to hone her skills while training alongside China’s top professional gymnasts. As an accomplished high school gymnast and diver, Sarah attended Stanford University on a full athletic scholarship, where she helped the Stanford Women’s Gymnastics team capture their first-ever Pac-10 Championship in 1998 while earning NCAA First Team All-American honors.

As Founder and President of Sarah Harding Fitness, a wellness center in Las Vegas, Nevada that focuses on helping people prioritize their health and discover a life of fitness and wellness, she leads by example, serving as a wellness coach, pilates instructor, motivational speaker and fitness and gymnastics choreographer.  Sarah currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with her Husband Matthew and her Human Touch massage chair.
