Here is a sobering or inspiring news for “weekend warriors”; according to new research from a study done at Washington University School of Medicine in Missouri people eat more on Saturdays and exercise less on Sundays resulting in a positive calorie balance that may lead to weight gain in non dieters and slowed or stopped weight loss for dieters.

What to do? Be mindful of your weekend intake and fully enjoy the time you have to put towards creative and exciting new ways to exercise; take a class, go for a hike, tackle yard and housework with an increased vigor and zeal. Remember daily exercise has another wonderful “side effect” of lowering your risk for many types of cancer including colon, liver, and pancreatic.

If you are concerned about being sore after exercise..ahh, that is where a great session of therapeutic downtime can be employed in your Human Touch massage chair-good for you!
