As of today, HumanTouch® announces the following enhancements to their Standard Consumer Warranty:
- Increase from 90 days of Factory Warranty for Labor to One Full Year of In-Home Service coverage for all Elite and Signature Series massage chairs.
- Upgrade all 90 day Factory Warranty for Labor to 90 days of In-Home Service for iJoy® Robotic Massage® chairs.
- Increase Structural Warranty coverage on all Signature and Casual iJoy® Series massage chairs.
– 5 year warranty for all Signature Series massage chairs.
– 3 year warranty for all Casual iJoy® Robotic Massage® Chairs.
Human Touch’s top-of-the-line Elite Series Massage Chairs and Signature Series Massage Chairs have upgraded in-home service from 90 days to one year. Should an Elite Series or Signature Series massage chair need repair within one year of the purchase date, Human Touch will send a qualified service professional to the customer’s home at no charge to repair the chair.
HumanTouch® is upgrading Factory Labor to In-Home Service on all Casual Series iJoy® Robotic Massage® Chairs. Should a chair need repair within 90 days of the purchase date, Human Touch will send a qualified service professional to the customer’s home at no charge instead of customers having to send in products for repair.
Further Human Touch is increasing the structural warranty on all Signature and Casual Series massage chairs. A new five-year structural warranty for all Signature Series massage chairs. This includes massage chairs from the HT-100 line through the HT-7120. The Casual iJoy Robotic Massage® chair line is increasing the structural warranty to a full three years of coverage over their previous coverage of one year.
