Peppermint OilHello!

With the fall season upon us, it’s a great time to get more active and add a fitness routine to your life. We women love to feel and look our best. Fitness and Yoga have become such an integrated regular part of our lives in this day and age, and for good reason. We feel so much better!

I have a lot of female massage clients and I really love to give healing sessions to those that are working out in some way or another. I find that massage mixed with my Young Living Essential Oils are a phenomenal dynamic duo that is so supportive in enhancing my clients’ workout. In the comfort of your own home, you can balance your life by using a Human Touch® massage chair to integrate a regular massage therapy regimen into your regular wellness routine.

With a good massage, the muscles become long and leaner and well stretched. By also using oils like Copaiba (new from a magnificent tree in Brazil) and Peppermint oil, I am able to get rid of a lot of inflammation.

Both oils pictured contain high anti-inflammatory properties that work wonders for clients, relieving stress after having a thorough and healthy massage.

To compliment your workout routine, I think it’s time to book a well deserved massage and also look into Human Touch® to see how you can enjoy a massage everyday!  What a great way to celebrate a healthier and happier YOU!

Be well and enjoy!
