Human Touch would like to congratulate Tim Clark on his recent win at the Australian Open.

Tim overcame many obstacles to win in a thrilling playoff.

“It will improve my world ranking (with double points loaded because it is a national Open) so it’s a very important win for me with the Presidents Cup this year.” - Tim Clark.

Born in Durban, South Africa, Tim Clark, currently ranked 28th in the World Golf Rankings, has been a successful player in the PGA Tour since 2001 and is a member of the Human Touch Wellness Council promoting Human Touch Massage Chairs.

I concluded my season on the PGA Tour by tying for 25th at the Children’s Miracle Network Classic at Disney. Overall, my play in 2008 was fairly solid despite an indifferent start. I finished the year inside the top-30 on the Fed-Ex Cup standings and I will finish the year inside the top-50 in OWGR.

As I prepare for the 2009 season, I plan to play two events in Australia and then return to South Africa for the holidays. I am excited about my trip to Australia, as I have always enjoyed playing internationally and seeing different parts of the world. In addition, getting home to South Africa to visit my parents is always relaxing for me.

This is my last journal entry for the year, so a happy holiday season to all the Human Touch massage chair owners. I look forward to meeting some of you on the West Coast swing in January 2009.

All the best-

As I write this journal entry I am home enjoying my Human Touch massage chair after six long weeks on the road. Although I am exhausted, I am excited to report that my play over the last six weeks earned me a spot in the Tour Championship (top-30 on season ending Fed-Ex Cup List). Following the British Open, I was ranked around 80th in the points standings; but my play over the last six weeks moved me inside the top-30.

In addition to my spot in the Tour Championship, I also earn exemptions into the 2009 Masters Tournament and US Open which is rewarding. As always, thanks for reading my entries. Hopefully, my good play will continue and I will have a good report following the Tour Championship.

I am excited about the remaining three months of the season. This week I am starting a five week stretch with the WGC Bridgestone Invitational. Last year I finished sixth at this event, so I am hoping that I can get some momentum heading into the PGA Championship and the PGA Tour Fed-Ex Cup Playoffs. Physically, I feel very good. Occasionally this season I have experienced some slight pain in my neck area, but nothing overbearing.

In addition to the therapy I receive during events, my Human Touch massage chair has been very beneficial in maintaining my body while at home. In the past I would get very stiff during my off-weeks without the help of the Tour’s physical therapy staff. This year, my massage chair allows me to remain loose while watching television!

Hopefully, I will have some good golf to report in the next few weeks—I like the upcoming events, courses and I feel really good.
